Enrolling at our School

2026 Enrolments open in May and we look forward to hearing from you then. Children turning 5 before 31st July 2026 are eligible for enrolment in 2026.

Enrolments for students in Kindergarten 2025 and Years 1 - 6 are welcome anytime.

Everyone is welcome to join a School Tour, please register to join anytime throughout the year. Our prospective students are very welcome to come along.

Before completing your online application (instructions below), please ensure the following documents are handy and ready to upload in the ‘supporting documents‘ section:

  • Birth Certificate, Passport and/or Citizenship Certificate, applicable visas.
  • Medicare Immunisation Records.
  • Medical Forms - Asthma plans, Anaphylaxis and or Allergy ASCIA plans, Speech, OT, or any other medical reports the school should be made aware of.
  • 2 x current proof of address - Lease Agreement, Council Rates, Gas, Electricity, etc.
  • Where applicable; please provide any formal Family Court Orders, Custody arrangements and/or AVOs. Please be assured all documents remain confidential.

Once you have completed and collated all the above, please complete the online enrolment application. Your application will be sent to the school, you will then receive an automated email confirming your submission from the NSW Department of Education followed by an email from a member of our staff with further information regarding your child's enrolment when your enrolment is being prepared for completion. 

An office staff member will be in contact, usually within about 15 days, to confirm your enrolment and interview time.

- To enrol for all Australian Citizens and Permanent Resident students:

  1. View the Enrolment Document Policy to understand the documents required, including proof of address. Please upload documents in your application form!

  2. Complete the Online Enrolment Application, submitting ALL documents required including two proof of address documents. Please use title case.

 

- To enrol for Temporary Resident students:

  1. View the Enrolment Document Policy to understand the documents required, including proof of address. Please attach documents with your application form!

  2. Visit the Temporary Residents Program website for comprehensive information.

  3. Download the paper application to enrol (PDF 768.4KB) form, emailing ALL documents required including two proof of address documents.

Local enrolment area

Check your address on School Finder to see if it is within our local intake area. Most schools have designated local enrolment areas. Note: local enrolment areas are subject to change.

How to enrol

If you live in our intake area and would like to apply to enrol at our school, start by submitting an online enrolment application. Online enrolment is currently only available for Australian or New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.

If you are not able to apply online or you prefer not to, download the paper application to enrol (PDF 768.4KB) form. Please complete the form in English. A translated application to enrol may help you do this.

Online enrolment can also be used for out-of-area enrolment. Please note that out-of-area enrolment procedures are subject to the department’s enrolment policy.

How to enrol - Year 6 into Year 7

In NSW government schools, applying to move from primary school to high school is a 2-step process that starts with an Expression of Interest. Visit the moving to high school page to learn more about the process.

  • If you have received an offer from our school for placement into Year 7 next year, the next step is to visit online enrolment to proceed with the offer and complete the enrolment application.
  • If you did not submit an expression of interest or are not eligible, visit online enrolment to start a new application to our school.
  • If you submitted your expression of interest using a paper form, or would prefer not to enrol online, use the application to enrol (PDF 768.4KB) form.

The Temporary Residents Program has information about eligibility and the forms to complete an application.

Distance education

Distance education is an equity program for students who are geographically isolated or whose individual circumstances prevent them from regularly attending school. Students must meet one of the conditions in the Distance Education Enrolment Procedures to be eligible to access this program as a full-time student.

Non-local enrolments

If you live close to our school and would like to enrol here, please submit an out-of-area application using the Online Enrolment Application form and follow the prompts. All out-of-area applications are considered by our Committee and subject to the selection criteria and department policies.

Terminating Enrolment

Please notify the school office in writing if your child will be moving to another school or leaving the country.

Moving overseas

Moving overseas and need school reports authenticated for DFAT? 

Email document.authentication@det.nsw.edu.au to arrange to bring original documents to 105 Phillip Street, Parramatta 2150.
