Our school Tuckshop is operated by our Parents and Citizens Association and offers healthy, affordable food options for students. Learn about our Tuckshop opening hours, our procedures and how to order lunch.

Tuckshop opening times

The Tuckshop is open five days a week and provides nutritious and appetising food for students at recess and lunch.

Order from our Tuckshop

Lunch orders are required to be purchased before 9am on the day by either:

Option One:

You can order your child's lunch online up to four weeks in advance!

• Go to:   www.MunchMonitor.com
• Enter the username:   nsds
• Enter the password:  munch2060
• Then click to sign up.

There is a minimal charge per family per term for ordering online.

Option Two:

Students can order their lunch by placing a clearly labeled paper bag (money amount, name, class and lunch order) into the classroom lunch order box.

Lunches may be ordered every day except the last day of each term or otherwise notified.

Recess Food and Snacks

Hot food is not available for purchase after 9am. For cold food and snacks, students can buy from the Tuckshop on the day.

The Tuckshop relies on parent volunteers and welcomes those available regularly from 9am to 12 noon. Please email us at tuck.shop@thedempc.com.au

Tuckshop Procedures

• If your child forgets lunch, the Tuckshop will provide a vegemite or cheese sandwich. Please pay for your child’s lunch as soon as possible with cash or use the forgotten lunch option on Munch Monitor. This helps keep costs down for all members of the school community.
• Sometimes food may not be available; a similar item will be given instead.
• If your child has allergies or dislikes, add this to Munch Monitor or write this on the lunch bag.
• Frozen foods will not be put in the lunch bag. Students must pick these up from the Tuckshop at lunchtime.
• Snack foods cannot be bought on credit.
